For experienced dancers that have decided to pursue dance beyond a recreational level. This step by step program prepares dancers for a professional dance career (if they so choose) through additional study, training, and performance opportunity.
Alumni from our Accelerated Program include:
Rockettes, Headliners in Las Vegas, Reno, Disneyworld, Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Disney Tokyo, Professional Dance Companies, & AutoMotion. Several have become professional dance instructors and studio owners, university dance team-members and captains!
Performance Class (Age 6 - 8 with Teacher Recommendation)
This class gives more performance opportunities such as parades and fairs in addition to the spring recital. It also starts preparing dancers for further study, if they choose to become more involved in dance.
Technique Class (Age 8 – Adult with Teacher Recommendation)
This class concentrates on turns and progressions, jumps and leaps, and body conditioning. It is for children with a desire to reach advance level classes and/or dance/pom teams.
Junior/Senior Line (By Audition Only)
The prestigious position of opening all of our Spring Recital Shows is made possible free of charge to Dance Place Ltd. students who qualify through audition.
Competition Teams (By Audition Only)
We offer three teams of various ages and levels of participation. These dancers compete regionally and nationally while furthering their studies outside of their home studio. These teams also enjoy performing in non-competitive events, such as fairs, parades, dinner theater, Disney World, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, etc.
Summer Intensive (Age 8 – Adult with Teacher Recommendation)
This program incorporates 3 hr blocks of turns/progressions, jumps/leaps, tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, & Musical Theater and specialty classes not offered year-round!
