Wednesday, June 24th Show Rescheduled: due to building evacuation
We are all disappointed by the events outside of the Dance Place control this past June 24th, and we know our clients are looking for more information. The Dance Place is working with CHS for a satisfactory resolution. Please be reassured that our priority is our customers, and we have not forgotten you. It will take time and patience to resolve this matter, and we will keep you posted via this web site as information is made available to us.
Update: All avenues have been pursued...to exhaustion. The Dance Place Ltd, submitted a claim to the school's PAC Ins. Co. regarding ticket reimbursement. The Ins Co. response: "We have completed our investigation of the above captioned matter and have considered your claim. In our opinion, there is no legal liability on the part on our insured in this instance and we must, therefore, decline payment."
Everyone understands this was not the fault or doing of the Dance Place Ltd., it was an isolated incident, involving the pool chemicals at the fitness center. Clarkston HS. now has safety measures in place, to prevent this ever happening again.
